Lou Pearlman and EGIL Announce Live Performance By Jesse Hart

Evening Highlighted By The Unveiling of Limited Edition Jesse Hart "Edge" Unit

BOCA RATON, Fla.--Edgetech International, Inc. (OTC:EGIL), through a partnership with Lou Pearlman, creator and developer of the enormously successful Backstreet Boys and *N Sync under his Trans Continental Records label (www.t-con.com), are pleased to announce a premier live performance by Trans Continental recording artist, Jesse Hart, and the debut of his signed commemorative, limited edition of The Edge.

Jesse Hart, a dynamic entertainer and energetic pop/rap singer, has written lyrics about The Edge, into his latest single, "Ready To Go". The Edge by Edgetech is a sleek, handheld, stand alone wireless unit with a built-in modem and full-screen display functioning at DSL-type speed. Jesse Hart will be performing on December 10th in the Glass Lounge, one of the hottest night clubs on South Beach, adjacent to the exquisite Forge restaurant. He is currently shooting a video for "Ready To Go" which will also include his own personalized Edge unit.

The enormously talented Jesse Hart is exploding onto the music scene, breaking out as a fan favorite in a fashion distinctly reminiscent of several of Lou Pearlman's biggest success stories. His appeal to the same audience that vaulted prior Pearlman clients to the top of the charts is drawn from his vocal talents, hot dance moves, his flowing delivery of catchy lyrics, and perhaps most importantly, original and fresh lyrical content that attracts kids, teens, and even their parents. In some ways his artistic abilities can be likened to a younger combination of Justin Timberlake and Eminem. Lou Pearlman stated, "Getting behind Jesse Hart and bringing him into our well-established musical empire speaks louder than words about where we feel his career is headed. Our focus is directed on Jesse's future as a star performer, and in this regard, we have a long term bankable track record."

Under the direction of Lou Pearlman and Trans Continental, Jesse Hart has released several singles, including "Ready To Go" and "This Girl", through a combination of proven industry channels and massive online networking communities like MySpace.com. The guidance of Pearlman and Trans Continental molded both the Backstreet Boys and *N Sync into a worldwide music sensation producing a series of platinum albums with combined sales totaling well over 100 million units internationally. Trans Continental Studios (TransConStudios.com), another Pearlman creation, is a sprawling complex in Orlando which figures to play a prominent role in the further development of joint projects with Edgetech. The state-of-the-art facility is routinely utilized by many big names in the music industry including: Alicia Keys, Creed, R. Kelly, Jordan Knight, Art Garfunkel, Eminem, O-Town, Dr. Dre, Hank Williams Jr., Little Richard, Steven van Zandt, Britney Spears, John Paul Jones, Lil' Kim, Limp Bizkit, Mandy Moore, Pink, Queen Latifah, Ray Charles, Seven Mary Three, Stabbing Westward, and Tyrese.

According to Lou Pearlman, "We have been looking for a unique product to fit in with our various companies and affiliations. The Edge by Edegtech is so versatile that we can envision almost limitless applications fusing entertainment and e-commerce. Our clients are ideally matched with the emergence of a revolutionary wireless device looking to take the market by storm."

"We are very excited to be working with Lou Pearlman and adding Jesse Hart to our expanding roster of celebrities launching co-branded, special edition versions of The Edge, our hot, ultra-mobile Web access device that has redefined wireless Internet," commented Edgetech CEO, Lev Parnas. "Lou Pearlman's accomplishments are legendary within the industry, having reached a level of success not often duplicated. Jesse Hart's rising popularity and exposure in a lucrative target market enables the next generation of music superstar to link advantageously with the next generation of wireless internet."
